No reason to complain, greatly enjoyed this place and can't recommend highly enough. The staff was informative, the room was new-fashioned, everything was wonderful. The location was stunning, next to a medieval basilica. You could walk to a bakery and a supermarket. I got to the airport within 15 minutes' drive.

Spacious and beautifully designed hotel unit with single beds. Location - brilliant, short walk to the main transport hub, Close to Metro and airport. A great selection of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

It was a wonderful place. All of the staff was incredible and pleasant. The hotel was in a magnificent location, on the edge of the old town. It was also close to the metro station and Toulouse for 1 night.

We recommend this place. The hotel has marvellous and fantastic location very close to city center. There is variety of fab food for breakfast.

the location of the hotel was perfect and exceptionally nice - not very far from a medieval basilica. also, the property was walk from a railway station. the staff were very friendly and attentive. the room was fashionable and modern, with with very comfortable beds, bathroom, as example.

The area was poor.

The units are brand-new, spotless with balcony, a comfortable bed, as for instance. Plus, the location is great, minutes from a grand neoclassical palace.

Convenient location near city center and metro/bus lines. Basic kitchen equipment suitable for short stays. Small but empty gym, larger fitness center nearby. Sauna takes longer to warm up than stated. Nice swimming pool with bathrobes provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds.

air conditioning was welcome as outside temperature was 30 C. Good facilities and swimming pool/fitness centre excellent. The aparthotel was in a central location with many resturants and sights of Toulouse in easy walking distance. If you have a car there was secure off road parking available ( at £14 per night)

Great and brilliant location and excellent facilities. Found in the good area right by the centre of Toulouse, the main train station, the metro and the historical sites and Close to canal for runs / walks.

Marvellous location, a train station was walk from the hotel. And it was just a short walk away from Roulez Papilles, ate there couple of times.

Great location, close to town and train station. Bright, clean apartments with ample space to cook. Friendly and helpful staff. I absolutely loved my stay at Appart Hotel Clement Ader in Toulouse. The staff were excellent, giving me fantastic suggestions for dinner. The apartments were bright and clean, with a nice kitchen area. The hotel's location was very convenient, being close to both the town and the train station. I felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
